Absolutely pathetic , technician came in went in attic claimed both drains on drip pans clogged and that some how was causing my freon levels to be low. Did not want to check freon due to clogged drain lines.gave me a quote to clear clogged drain lines of 395.00 per line.but I could get a 15 % discount if I sign up for program paying 25.00 a month forever.refused to check other unit because that would require another service call.at the end tried to charge me 129.00 diagnostic fee on top of 99.00 service fee.
