Jordan was GREAT. On time, very professional and knowledgeable. Jordan took the time to explain the options on services that we had (not only to myself but my husband as well who was on FaceTime) once we decided which way to go. Jordan jumped in and got to work, not only did he resolve the problem he made sure he cleaned everything up (as I have OCD) and asked if there was any other future services that we needed feel free to contact him. We just bought a home in Far North Dallas. One of the pipes behind the house was letting off water and a neighbor called to complain.We made one call to J National, they had a rep out the same day. Needless to say tyey found the leak and did a speedy repair. We are considering using them for our remodel. I guess its to be continued.......
