We have worked with a few techs from Milestone and had excellent experiences from each one. Most recently, (May 2023) Dustin Jackson was on call and helped out us big time with our AC unit that was severely overheating. He explained the issues, completed the fix in a timely manner and was also very polite, friendly and professional. He’s an extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and efficient tech and great person!On an unrelated service call in 2022, Cody was a pleasure to work with and helped us out with top notch services for our AC and HVAC. He completed general maintenance and provided in depth details of recommended services including a current amplifier for AC and float switch for HVAC.
