Ryan came earlier than expected, which we loved. He was super knowledgeable and explained every step of the process and pricing. He went over add ons and regular maintenance which we will purchase. We have older units so we were just going to replace our big unit but we were impressed with Baker Bros so much we decided to replace both units. Ryan explained the value and what we needed to do and set up payment and the install will be in a couple days. Since we had 2 installs there were 2 crews. Chad and Francisco came out on time were great explaining everything in detail and worked quickly to get my home back up and cooling. They installed 2 units and furnace tested them and showed us how to work our new thermostats and where to get replacement filters. This was a great experience in a time that we were stressed about our a/c going out but Baker Bros made it ...EASY PEASYHuge storm last night and my icomfort went out Robert came diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it.
