They arrived in thirty minutes after my call at a Sunday Morning. They were very efficient.

I found Professor Plumb through Yelp by submitting a request for a quote. I was having an issue with my kitchen sink not draining.I submitted the request at 11pm (after hours) and received a response via Yelp Messages at 7am the following morning! We discussed the issue over the phone and they were able to get someone out at 9am the same day.The plumber that came out was on time and very respectful of my apartment. He was very quick in his assessment of the issue and went over the cost with me and the potential for additional cost if the clog was longer than 25 feet. I thought the quote for snaking the pipe was reasonable and I agreed with the quote and he started to snake the drain immediately. The work was quick and the plumber cleaned up after all the work.I am very satisfied with Professor Plumb and would recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues. Hopefully I won't have anymore plumbing issues, but if I do I will definitely call Professor Plumb.

Our experience with you guys was wonderful! We were extremely disappointed about our bedroom flooding almost 2 inches from the bathroom. Then Less explained to me what was going on with our shower and even gave me a quick, mini tutorial about how the plumbing pipes work. He was very knowledgeable and confident that they could not only fix the problem, but find the root cause. Less was very professional and upfront, but also very friendly and courteous. He gave us hope and helped us to feel more comfortable about the situation. It’s very embarrassing to have to call someone to come into your home with fecal matter floating in your house, but Less made us realize that things could have been much worse. That really, things were not all that bad in our lives that day. Having that type of customer service may not seem important to some, but for my family it meant the world!
