We sold our home in August of 2012 and needed service to our other AC unit. Eric Wilson answered my call personally at 8pm and had one of his guys at my house at 9am the next morning and serviced our AC and got it back up to speed with some basic cleaning. The service technician performed this service to us at no charge. A complete courtesy service to thank us for our business just two months earlier. That is unheard of!
