I can't say another plumber would have come out stayed until the job was done even if that meant 9:30 or 10:00 pm and didn't add any extra charges to our bill. You came out got the job done. We so appreciate you and all your hard work.

Called Owen plumbing to come out to take a look at my toilet because there was water coming out from the base of the toilet. He looked at it very quickly and did not evaluate the toilet correctly. He went outside to my backyard where the clean out is located then ran a snake and left. I had to call the city. The city informed me nothing was backed up but that my wax ring needed to be replaced. I told him I paid 125$ for a plumber to come look at my toilet, but now I just want a refund because the plumber obviously did nothing to fix the problem.

Got a text message from my neighbor one early morning telling me that I had a water leak! Panic set in as I thought about who I should call to help me. After some solid recommendations from FaceBook I called the guys at Day&Night and I'm so happy I did. They were out to my house in a flash. Tom, the owner, was on top of the situation right out the gate, he and his guys found the leak and repaired it quickly! I can't recommend these guys enough! Worker came to fix a gas leak. During repair he broke the waterline connected to my water heater. But because it wasnt part of my home insurance he left it broken. While repairing the gas line worker he moved the water heater to reach behind it. Now the new plumber says he broke the water line on top of the water heater as well. Terrible service. They should repair the damage their worker made.
