Our experience with Sparkling City Plumbing has been exceptional from the first visit by plumbers to diagnose the issue to the several steps in completing the fix underneath our home. This company showed up to my house and asked me if my house was pier and beam or slab and I repeatedly told him my house was slab. They quoted me $1,700 for a tunnel job and to repair a pipe which I thought was inexpensive but said okay. Two days later the crew shows up and digs a huge tunnel in my yard then leaves it because guess what they run into concrete because it's a slab home. They then leave this massive hole uncovered in my yard. They then take almost two weeks to get back to me with the quote telling me it's now going to be close to $7,000 to finish the job that they started. Luckily I was able to find somebody else to do the job and to clean up their mess. I was surprised this happened with them because in the past I had been using them for the 4 years I lived here and never had any issues but obviously I will never be using this company again. Also they charged me $650 to put a toilet flange in my house which I later on found out is about $150 job considering they were only here for about an hour and a toilet flange is a $12 part. This new crew they have is a joke

Affordable PID responded to my request for service quickly. He spent time explaining to me that he felt that our issue with the sewer was with the city sewer line. He got our sewer line cleaned out and draining correctly. We experienced the same issue within a week. This time it was a Saturday evening. I called Affordable PID again and left a message. He called me back early Sunday morning. He was at my house in less than a half hour. Even though he was taking his family to the South Texas Air Show he took the time to fix our problem again and he didn’t even charge me!! I would recommend Affordable PID to anyone that needs his services!!

Quick fast and reliable. I had two other companies come out with no luck. Reliable Smart plumbing fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Phillip even called a couple days later to make sure everything was working properly. These guys are the BEST!!
