He took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why. They were fast, professional and efficient. Called Owen plumbing to come out to take a look at my toilet because there was water coming out from the base of the toilet. He looked at it very quickly and did not evaluate the toilet correctly. He went outside to my backyard where the clean out is located then ran a snake and left. I had to call the city. The city informed me nothing was backed up but that my wax ring needed to be replaced. I told him I paid 125$ for a plumber to come look at my toilet, but now I just want a refund because the plumber obviously did nothing to fix the problem.

Five Star Plumbing is a very dedicated company that care for their customer's, they also take pride in their work. We always use Five Star Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs. Their technician Michael Genson is one of the best technician we have ever worked with, we highly recommend this technician, he takes total pride in his work and Five Star Plumbing will never leave you until the job is totally completed. My wife and I are grateful for their services they perform. I recommend that all of Texas use Five Star Plumbing. They are a trust worthy and reliable company.

I called ABC plumbing when they opened on Monday Aug 14th to set up an appointment that day for a clogged pipe. I was given a wide scheduling window from that morning to 6pm. I took leave from work to accommodate this window. At 3pm I called to check on the status of my appointment and was assured the plumber would be here by 6pm. At 5:40pm I called again to check the status only this time I was told my appointment was for the following day. Obviously there was a screwup on their part and after some discussion they agreed to send someone out to my home but we’re gonna charge me a $139 after hours fee. I wanted the fee waived since it was their screwup. I was told they couldn’t waive the fee but would be happy to send someone out tomorrow. I was so livid I had to hang up the phone before I started cussing out this woman. But my wife had no problem calling them. They waived the $139 fee but by this point we were done. I wasted time and money waiting for these people. I would not recommend this company except to my enemies.

I had scheduled for a hydro jet drain cleaning and was informed when he got here that the individual just came here for an estimate and couldn't do it today. Another thing is he came 6 hrs late and wasted my time by being unable to do anything. By far the worst service would not recommend.

Back in 2012 I had my whole ac replaced from inside to outside including the duck work . I couldn’t get in the attic to make sure that the work was done the way they said it was done and the way the drawings showed. Now it’s 2023 and had water in a light cover that could have burned my house down. Opened up the ceiling and to my surprises I had 12 feet of old duck work that they had spliced to new duck work. Once I told Malek AC about it they came out and saw all of the sweating on the old duct work they gave me a quote for $1900. I though I had already paid for it. I would never use Malek AC again. I don’t trust them at all. Tiger AC come out to replace the air duck for $275.00 so be very careful who you call.
