A few weeks ago, I requested services from Hand Plumbing. I found the office person to be very professional and helpful. They charge by the hour and are worth every cent. The plumbers that came to my house, on time, were very efficient and provided expert services. I found them to be upfront and honest about everything and will definitely use them again. I highly recommend this company.

Drum plumbing has been our go-to for 3 years now. We needed help when our water heater leaked all over the garage, and they responded in person the same day. Worker came to fix a gas leak. During repair he broke the waterline connected to my water heater. But because it wasnt part of my home insurance he left it broken. While repairing the gas line worker he moved the water heater to reach behind it. Now the new plumber says he broke the water line on top of the water heater as well. Terrible service. They should repair the damage their worker made.
