Called for a leak under our deck that resulted in having to turn our water off. Chris and Brent came within a 1/2 hour, capped it, and returned the next day (Christmas Eve!) to do a more permanent fix. Great service at reasonable price. Will use them again, no question!!

We asked Josh to come out and fix a leak we had under our bathroom sink after multiple attempts of trying to do it ourselves. Josh explained the situation and fixed our problem fast and efficiently. Had a leak in pipe to water heater. Plumber said he had to go get parts to fix it. Like seriously your a plumber and you dont have a piece of pvc in your truck or couplings? Oh i know why!! Because you charge by the hour and you could have fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Instead they charged $250 for the small job. Then to top it off the next day the new pvc pipe he installed burst with a mess everywhere. At first i thought ok good company for coming back to fix it. But hell no. They are trying to get more money for coming back out to fix their mistake. I do not recommend this company at all. They did a sloppy job.

Called Owen plumbing to come out to take a look at my toilet because there was water coming out from the base of the toilet. He looked at it very quickly and did not evaluate the toilet correctly. He went outside to my backyard where the clean out is located then ran a snake and left. I had to call the city. The city informed me nothing was backed up but that my wax ring needed to be replaced. I told him I paid 125$ for a plumber to come look at my toilet, but now I just want a refund because the plumber obviously did nothing to fix the problem.

This was the best overall plumbing experience I've had in over 26 years. Adrian was efficient, informative and respectful. I was very happy to have made this choice and I will be referring them to anyone I can. They fixed my leaks and everything else on my plumbing laundry list. And all for a price that was less than I was expecting. A+, 5 Star service! Thanks Adrian!

Replacing a simple tankless water heater with same make supplied by customer required 6 hours plumber and 6 hours electrician. Very very expensive, but new unit does work.
