A few weeks ago, I requested services from Hand Plumbing. I found the office person to be very professional and helpful. They charge by the hour and are worth every cent. The plumbers that came to my house, on time, were very efficient and provided expert services. I found them to be upfront and honest about everything and will definitely use them again. I highly recommend this company.

Called Mike for an estimate on installing a new gas line. He showed up that same day and quoted price. Him and his crew came out and preformed high quality work. They cleaned area up after work was finshed. I couldn't be more pleased with the work anchor plumbing does! Highly recommend!

Had a water heater go out in one of our cabins late on a Friday evening. Josh dropped what he was doing and drove all the way down here and knocked it out in no time. Friendly service, quick service and attention to detail. Highly recommended from Baffin on the Rocks.

BAIT AND SWITCH con's we had two toilets replaced and work was done great! Nothing bad about the workmanship. After I paid the the invoice that stated everything done including the replacement of both toilets the office called me back to say they forgot to charge me for two toilets and I told her the invoice says I paid for two and I suggested they go to small claims court so I can show the judge my copy of the invoice. I would love to see the look on Judge Judy's face when I show her what they were trying to do. Im not sure what kind of scam they are trying to do. SMH

Called Owen plumbing to come out to take a look at my toilet because there was water coming out from the base of the toilet. He looked at it very quickly and did not evaluate the toilet correctly. He went outside to my backyard where the clean out is located then ran a snake and left. I had to call the city. The city informed me nothing was backed up but that my wax ring needed to be replaced. I told him I paid 125$ for a plumber to come look at my toilet, but now I just want a refund because the plumber obviously did nothing to fix the problem.

This was the best overall plumbing experience I've had in over 26 years. Adrian was efficient, informative and respectful. I was very happy to have made this choice and I will be referring them to anyone I can. They fixed my leaks and everything else on my plumbing laundry list. And all for a price that was less than I was expecting. A+, 5 Star service! Thanks Adrian!
