The price was fair for the unit and the labor, and I scheduled them to come out and do the install the following week. Two days later the existing hot water heater died ahead of schedule and Fritz Baumann was able to speed up their timeline and get the new unit in the very same day--unfortunately, the building elevator was out of service and the FB team spent the next two days checking in with me on the phone to know if it had been fixe, and the moment it was, they came over and did the job. I was impressed by their responsiveness and their willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend this crew.
