Best Tankless Water Heater Options in Columbus OH

I've used waterworks 5 different times at two homes in the past 4 years. As a single woman I always worry about being taken advantage of but I've never felt that way with The Waterworks. They are always on time, professional and answer all my questions. Yesterday I had what I thought was a discharge drain problem but it was actually a septic problem. The technician (which I'm sorry I didnt catch his name) went above and beyond to give me referrals to licensed septic companies, he gave me opinions on fixes and walked me through everything in my basement. As someone who just bought the house I really appreciated his expertise and taking the time with me. I also have animals and he was sure to keep doors shut and watch for them when coming in/out. I cant recommend The Waterworks enough and I appreciate them being upfront with their costs and they generally fit me with quickly.

In my opinion, any place that leaves you setting all day for an appointment that they scheduled with you is unprofessional. Damaging pipes and still charging without fixing them is even worse. But offering to pay him to fix the pipe he broke, and he still doesn't show, well, I'll let the public decide. It's my opinion that the customer should beware. One reviewer stated they lost their home over this company!

We are remodeling and down to one shower and had a issue with that one. I left a message Sunday night and they were out here by 1:30 the next day. They ended up having to run and get a part but instead of putting a basic part on he did a job that was much better than when he started. Thank You

I'm so happy to find this company! They are courteous, personable, professional and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them in the future.
