Do NOT use this company! They will try to sell you things you do not need and they will rip you off on repairs that you do need. They tried to sell me a humidifier for $3,000 when my air conditioner did need repair he told me it was $4,000 to repair it and tried to sell me a new air conditioner for $8,000! My system was not even 7 years old. I called another company they came in did the repairs for less than $400. I had been on there customer service plan for nearly 40 years and they repaid my loyal business by trying to rip me off
