Sterling replaced my existing 1/2” Id galvanized steel pipes with 3/8” and 1/4” plastic pipes and connectors. Claimed it was apples to apples exchange. I lost all my delivery and pressure. He never secured my outdoor spicket to my foundation, put one shut off in the wrong place and completely eliminated 2 other shut offs to my hot water tank. He removed my grounding line to my electrical panel box and never returned to hook it up. I called him for a year to get these issues resolved and he never answered my phone calls. Worst contractor and experience I ever had in my life.

Chris fielded my call as the service manager on for the weekend. He was kind, courteous and responsive. When his other service tech was going to be a few hours, he went out of his way to help me. As a single mom and business owner, having an emergency plumbing issue was something I needed dealt with in a timely manner - even if it was Saturday. Chris came out quickly, was knowledgeable, and he fixed the problem. He was professional and efficient. He set realistic expectations with me over the phone for timeframe and cost. I appreciated his open communication and overall caring demeanor. I will use this company again, and would recommend them without hesitation!

Called this plumber for sewer cleaning service. He came in the promised time, reacted quickly and did the sewer cleaning within half an hour. Very good!

Had an appointment scheduled between 9-11. No call no show. I call at 11:30 and leave a message. Finally get a call back 2 hours later at 1:30 saying they can't come today and need to reschedule. The receptionist was apologetic. I understand projects can run over or behind but it's ridiculous to not call me till 2 hours after I called, and 2.5 hours after the scheduled time I had. I lost over half my day and they could have called much earlier.

Jesse workmanship is amazing. He goes above and beyond, he is direct and clear in his services and he dedicated to his job. Fair and clear in his work, i would recommend jesse any day any time.
