As a homeowner, I've used this company for my sporadic plumbing needs for over 10 years but after my most recent experience I finally am writing a review. In this case, my water heater failed and was leaking. I called at 7am and in spite of them having a full schedule and even with 3 guys out for various reasons, they managed to fit me in the same day and got me a new water heater installed. I was impressed (again) and recommend them without reservation.

I have never used this service and I never will. I'll exolain...explain.... Turning onto 71 from Frank road one of your drivers cut over 3 lanes just to get on 71. No turn signal, speeding, cutting 3 lanes. I was in my commercial vehicle and had to slam on the brakes so I didn't hit him. (Would have been his fault). Then this person speeds onto 71 north going well over the posted 55mph limit . I could t get a van number because his speed was to great. So this driver of yours sped, cut three Lans without signaling. This happened today 9-29-22 at approximately 9:20 am. He could have caused a very serious accident, including with me.

Our AC went out last weekend. Monday morning I called Atlas Butler and by noon a technician was at our door. He evaluated our system inside and out showing me everything along the way. It was evident that we had big problems. He expressed his concern and offered to have someone walk me through the extent of the problems. Mark showed up that evening at 6 and walked us through our options. He was extremely understanding of our cost concerns and made sense of a system that worked within our budget. Dan and Zach showed up at 8am the following day and worked tirelessly to get us back up and running. It just happened to fall on the two hottest days so far this year go figure and by the evening we were comfortable again. Thanks again to the entire team for your help.
