Sterling replaced my existing 1/2” Id galvanized steel pipes with 3/8” and 1/4” plastic pipes and connectors. Claimed it was apples to apples exchange. I lost all my delivery and pressure. He never secured my outdoor spicket to my foundation, put one shut off in the wrong place and completely eliminated 2 other shut offs to my hot water tank. He removed my grounding line to my electrical panel box and never returned to hook it up. I called him for a year to get these issues resolved and he never answered my phone calls. Worst contractor and experience I ever had in my life.

Eddie was a godsend for us. When our plumbing backed up over the New Year's holiday, Eddie came out and helped us out even though it was a holiday. The issues he uncovered, and the hard work that he put in to fix them were done in a timely and professional manner.
