AMERICAN INSTALLED NEW FURNACE, THE INDUCER MOTOR MADE A LOT OF NOISE VIBRATION COULD BE FELT AN FLOOR ABOVE, SERVICE MAN SAID IT WAS NORMAL. THE INDUCER MOTOR JUST FAILED, REPLACED WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. NEVER USE AMERICAN AIR. zero stars.

Very happy with Atlas Butler for plumbing. We had some downspout issues last year and again this year. Their crew is polite and professional and always arrive on time. I appreciate that they took time to better understand the problem to provide the right service that was needed instead of just pushing a complete replacement of our underground drainage. Highly recommend.
