Best Sink Plumbing in Columbus OH

I had some major plumbing issues and called Integrity plumbing. Originally had an appointment for the next day but they were able to get to me later the same day. I've had issues in the past and had dug up a small section exposing the drain line under the basement slab only about 2ft square. It has since been filled back in with gravel and dirt but not yet the concrete. One of the plumbers kept spitting on the dirt potion of the floor. I know its a basment and that portion of the floor is dirt but its still in my home! The main plumber actually did a great job sewer jetting my line and providing a camera inspection. After issues were identified that needed corrected I asked for an estimate for repairs since the job would be rather extensive. He took measurements and said an estimate would arrive by email within a couple days. Two and a half weeks go by and no estimate. I call the company and they look up my file and the old work order and I was told that someone would be giving me a call in a day or two. That was a over two weeks ago. I was ready and willing to hand over just about any amount of money needed to fix my issue, but guess who doen't get my business any more and I don't recomend you use them either

We called His Grace Plumbing because he repaired another issue we had with a gas line a year ago. This time we came to our home at 6:30pm when we couldn’t find anyone. We had water pouring out of our kitchen cabinet through the ceiling, down the wall and into the basement. He saved us a lot of stress and worry as he fixed the issue with honesty, didn’t try to up charge us and was available when the big name companies expected us to have an emergency wait for two days!

We responded to an ad on Craigslist to see if Macon Plumbing could give us a good price on a hot water heater pick up and installation. Tony was able to help us the very next day and gave us a good price, picked up the hot water heater, installed it and got rid of our old tank. We saved $250 using him instead of the Lowe’s contractors. He was responsive, on time, fair priced, and very professional. It also gave us peace of mind that he was licensed and bonded. I had my furnace inspected this week. LaVonne was the technician who performed the inspection. He took his time, and answered all the questions I had for him. My furnace is in a hard Area to reach, but he was able to do everything the task called for. I appreciate his Time and work.

I also had a tech come and do a water inspection. His name was Josh and again he was very patient and also answered every single question and I had a lot of them. He also help me set up an appointment for a few days later that I needed to have. Thanks Josh, for helping so much.
