The warning code light on my heater indicated a problem with the igniter. Matt came out right on time, diagnosed the problem as a too-short igniter bracket and a needed cleaning. He didn't have the necessary bracket with him, so returned the following week to perform the repair/cleaning. He only charged me for the cleaning!
