I have used the Wirenut for many, many years. I am not sure what has happened to them, but this is not the same company that use to do such good work. What the initial consultant told me is completely different then what has been done. 2 fresh air vents were suppose to be installed in the walls. Well, I ended up with this foil monstrosity hanging in my basement that my cats are going to love swinging off of. Oh, and it looks like it was duct taped to the existing vent. I still haven't gotten the blower motor installed in my furnace that I paid for. There just seems like there is a complete lack of communication all the way around and I do take responsibility for some of that. I still have more work to be completed by them and I am thinking I should cancel and ask for a refund. I would like to say the workers are great. I am just very unhappy and disappointed with this whole experience.I am editing my review. They were very responsive and fixed the problem right away. I am still very happy with the company and they really seem to take care of their customers.
