we had a clog in our drain downstairs which caused a minor flood. I called roto rooter and they were going to schedule me for that night between 9-midnight, yikes! really, that fast? how about if we wait until morning for this? okay, scheduled for between 9am-11am much better. Our technician, Juan, got here at about 10:00 and they called in advance to let us know that he was about 45 minutes away so that was nice. He was very polite and professional. He listened politely as I explained the problem, gave an estimate and set to work. He was very efficient and got the job done in a timely fashion.
