Keith replaced an outdoor faucet that had burst. He was on time, efficient, courteous, and communicated well. And the faucet works as it should, doesn't leak, so I am very satisfied with his work.

Whoever yall have driving a white pickup truck (ACX-K68) needs to learn how to drive in a company vehicle. Speeding and cutting people off just to get one car length is crazy.

I bumped into Kevin, a Master Plumber with Comfort By Design, by chance at Home Depot and told him the issue I was having with my kitchen faucet and how frustrated I was after learning my faucet manufacturer had discontinued the model I had installed new in my kitchen nearly 15 years ago. I showed him a picture of the faucet while pointing to the areas that leak, and he diagnosed the problem and suggested a fix right there in the main aisle of the North Academy Home Depot. The fix was beyond what I felt comfortable doing, so he gave me his card and suggested I call the service desk and set up an appointment. Kevin and Judge showed up at the scheduled time and were courteous and professional throughout the service call. They had the problem resolved and the area clean and neat in minimal time and now my faucet operates like a brand new system. The rate they charged was VERY reasonable. I WILL be using them again.
