Best Household Repairs in Colorado Springs CO

Made initial Contact with this Company 11-13-2020 and I was told they could come out to my property the following week, I am in the process of converting my home from Propane to Natural Gas and explained this to the person on the phone, This involves pulling permits and setting up Hook up appointments with CSU, the company never showed up that following week, so I called and they said they got busy and would come out the next week , this has continued to happen, Finally this Monday
12-01-2020 I called and asked if they were for sure going to be at my home this Thursday like I had been told , the man said that's what I said isn't it so I waited all day and called yesterday ( Friday) after he didn't show up again Thursday to see what was going on and he said he couldn't come out because he didn't feel well and would come out next week, I am obviously very upset at this point because he has been pushing me off for weeks, NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD!!! I don't leave many reviews for people but this guy deserved 1 star for customer service and for not knowing how to set his schedule up! i have someone else coming out first thing Monday morning now.

We had an issue with our water heater which they had installed. Samuel Hazelet was the HVAC expert that was sent out to us. He came unexpectedly quickly and took care of what turned out to be a quickly rectified issue in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner. He even checked with his master plumber to make sure he had not missed anything. We were very impressed with Sam as we are with his company. We will certainly be calling upon them in the future if we have any HVAC needs. Top shelf company and top shelf personnel.
