Pope's estimate came in at a quarter of some other estimates from nearby places, which made me slightly apprehensive- but my call was returned quickly, very polite and personable. Showed up on time, worked quickly and neatly, and showed me what had caused the problem. Even went back to the office to get the correct part - and billed me his original estimate. Very pleased, will be keeping this number on my fridge.

Derrick came out and thoroughly looked over my furnace. He told me what was wrong and offered to clean the system and look for gas leaks. He was very professional and took time explaining everything. Highly recommend Caliber and Derrick.

They are responsive, professional, and efficient. They did great work quickly. Derrick, the sales specialist, was phenomenal. And Marcus, and others, who did the install were stellar. I can't recommend them enough. They were thoughtful about my work from home and my dog who struggles with strangers, were crazy polite and very personable, and walked me through everything before leaving.
