Lucas and team is very professional. They are polite and with great respect to us home owner and property. They did extra hours of work just to finish the job without hesitation. Great staff and friendly service but with a cost. Really the only plumbing company to actually call me back in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately very overpriced. It cost me nearly $4000 (after military discount) for them to install a water heater that you can buy from Home Depot for less than $700 when the only plumbing work they had to do was shorten one connection (it took them 40 minutes all said and done). If I wasn't in a bind and out of town I would have either done the work myself or looked elsewhere. At least they were friendly, but I hope to never have to use them again. I've since heard from two different plumbers that they are known to be overly expensive and often make an easy job seem very difficult by grunting and making loud noises.
