Jon and Jeremy did the install of a furnace and a/c system for me today. Both were very professional and hard working. When I checked on them periodically, both gave me great updates on the progress. From the initial sales call by Scott Bryant and the installers Jon and Jeremy, I am very impressed by this company. I am glad I found them and glad I had the good fortune to do business with this company. Would definitely recommend Comfort By Design to anyone looking to replace their HVAC systems. March 2 2023 I was happy with the service I have received in the past from this provider. That all changed today. The tech they sent is sick she has been coughing since she got here. Called the office about it. I got to three different people. They all said they didnt know or see her cough at the office today. Talked to John his solution to this was to put me on a no service list. Ask to talk to the owner John eather would or could not put me in touch with him. This was a 5 star review and a high recommendation. Please use some other company.
