Back in the day, I called affordable plumbing and requested a quote on how much it would cost to have a water softener installed. The office informed me they would send a tech out to my house and give me a fee estimate for the work. The tech showed up and gave me a very high estimate and charged me $20.00 for the estimate. I called the office and complained and the owner never responded to my complaint. Unreal!!! I would never use them!!!

I feel like having the name, Affordable Plumbing, Heat & Electrical, we were charged a lot. 4 new outlets ran me 1200, originally they wanted 1700. The job took them 2.25 hours, but I was charged for 3. I feel like I got screwed when it comes to hourly labor. On the invoice extra things were added that never occurred either. They did a good job, but they know how to milk you for that money.
