I called Parkey's mid morning after discovering my furnace wasn't working. They rearranged their schedule to meet me within an hour, and very quickly identified the problem. Tim Parkey talked through all of my options, with no pressure, and we agreed upon a solution. The next day, Kade showed up, right on time, and completed the install of my new furnace. He did a quality job, cleaned up everything, and made sure I knew how to work with my new furnace. Everything about this situation was great!

David was very professional and kind. He and the other employees were always good about communicating exactly what they were doing, what went wrong and how they were going to fix it.
