Our toilet downstairs backed up and ruined a lot of my daughter's wedding stuff so when I called I was an absolute wreck and in tears. They immediately dispatched someone and he was very calming and fixed the problem within a 1/2 an hour. I never expected service like this!! I would recommend Eric for anyone but I'm sure all of their staff are equally amazing .
