Highly over priced. Called to repair dripping faucet that I couldn't figure out on my own after replacing all parts. I told him a problem was still there with a drip and leak on other side of wall . After taking off the stem of the diverter handle and mysteriously finding a missing washer he closes things back up and packs up. After I have him turn the water on I tell him water is still running out the wall on other side when diverter is on. He proceeds to tell me how to repair the issue on my own, but still charged $129....just to take a stem out not even put in a half hour of effort....and I still have to go to the store find things and work on the issue myself. Jerry has an attitude that is not very comforting as his reply was well I can give you an estimate for me to do it. Guarantee he will never do anything here again. My entire family used My Guys. I was the last to not be turned off by their high prices. Well now they lost me too.
