Excellent experience with this company. Chad was incredibly professional. He answered our many questions, helped us troubleshoot some issues and pumped our system. Hands down the best experience we have had with a septic service company.

The tech (Chris) was very courteous and knowledgeable. Able to help promptly and cost for an emergency after hours call was reasonable.

Our plumbing issue was a sudden and emergent event. We have insurance for these type of issues through the city water/sewer department-they couldn’t have cared less and told us that because it happenned on a weekend, we would have to wait until possibly Monday-MAYBE! The people at Roto-Rooter could not have been any nicer and understanding; starting with the person who answers the customer service phone, the dispatcher, and of course, the gentlemen who came to the house (our problem took a couple of days to resolve). These guys were pleasant and utmost professionals. They cared about your home, your safety; and you really felt that they were on your side to get the job done timely and right. Well worth the price for something that could have spelled a disaster for us. Thank you for being there Roto-Rooter and for having guys like Rich and Dan on your team.
