Best Roof Installation in Cleveland OH

I wish I could post a review of their quality but as happened to several other reviewers they never showed up. This despite me having made an appointment a week in advance. Guess their quality might be good if big customer but after being told several times throughout. The day that they would call me when someone frees up (despite me having an appointment) 5:00 rolled around without a call and I took a day off work for nothing. So I can't see myself ever calling them again.

How does one get 4.2 rating when he's taken people's money and ghosted them???
