We've been having irregular--but consistent--sewage back-up in our basement. Fred Alert came on site and--using a camera--scoped our entire pipes all the way to the sewer. He showed me the video to demonstrate that they were clean--no problems there! He was sure the problem was coming from the sewer itself.

Without a doubt, an expert in this situation could have pointed to all sorts of things in the video--or not shown me the video at all--to persuade me I had a big problem that would cost lots of money. When professionals tell you you **don't** have a problem and **don't** try to upcharge you, you know they are honest.

They were friendly, courteous, professional, and earned my trust. You would do well to make them your first call for a plumber.
