Best Heater Options in Cleveland OH
Called on a Sunday morning. Answered questions and arranged for service. Their guy was super nice and extremely informative. Outstanding service and very reasonably priced considering it's a weekend. Will definitely call again if ever needed.

Axis did an instant hot water replacement/installation for us and we could not possibly be happier with everything from start to finish. This company and especially their field employees are top top notch. We are very very happy...nice job to all!!!

I have had to call CLE plumbing 2 times in the past few months - once for a clogged drain (pulled out candle size piece of wax....) and fixed out bathtub faucet that would turn off. Jason (the other Josh in CLE plumbing who is AWESOME) came each time and was personable, professional and didn't mind explaining what went wrong and what he was doing to fix it - I'm a curious person and like to know how things work. I will continue recommending and using CLE plumbing - extremely fairly priced!

*Updated my review to say the company wanted to make it right and made an effort to rectify the situation. Thank you!
I chose this company because of the 5 star reviews, so I was confident the job would be done properly.
After the repair was made I was told my water meter was leaking and to call the city and have them replace it. I did so, and the city discovered it was not the meter, but rather the repair that was leaking. A rubber gasket was used where it should not have been. The city employees were kind enough to fix the problem for me while they were here, even though it was not their responsibility.
So, I spent over $700 to have the job done incorrectly and had to waste the city employees time to fix it for me.
Would not use again and will not recommend to anyone.
