I searched around for weeks to try and find the best company that fit my needs best and was able to work with me around my busy work schedule and decided to call NEO HVAC, My call was answered immediately! The receptionist was very nice and professional and told me she would have someone contact me as soon as possible, I got a call back from Brian within 30 minutes. He was very helpful and made sure I was fully aware and understood the whole process. we set an appointment for him to come out and check out the issues and he was very upfront and honest with me and actually saved me money. I got a few other quotes and was told by other companies that I need way more work done than I actually needed. Brian made sure I understood the whole process and got it done in a very quick and reasonable time and I've had no problems since! Kyle and John worked on a cold with snowy day. They are my heroes. I now have a new sewer line because of the hard work they did. They were on time and completed the work faster than I thought it would take.

The technicians were patient. They were not the hold up on getting my shower fixed. It took several tries getting the parts. I would use Gorjanc again.
