Best Furnace Replacement in Cleveland OH

Our hot water tank decided to take a dive and start flooding our basement pretty late into the evening. The phone was answered in two rings and we were patiently walked through what to do to stop the leaking until we could have someone over in the morning.
We were given an 8-12 window for the visit and at 8:02 they called to tell us they would be there in 10 minutes.
Toby and Willie were the nicest and most helpful technicians; they quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and were on their way in an incredibly reasonable amount of time.
This is my second time with this company and I think they really have a customer for life!

We’ve used H Jacks a number of times now and each time has been a great experience. The most recent was a new air conditioning install and everything went smoothly. We’re all set for summer.

Brian is a great worker. He is very polite and the detail in his work was impressive. I would definitely hire him again.

EXTREME OVER-CHARGES for a simple plumbing job. NO SENIOR OR MILITARY DISCOUNT for my 99 year-old WWII Veteran father. DID NOT GIVE A PRE-ESTIMATE for the work (we would have definitely gone elsewhere), and NO ITEMIZED RECEIPT FOR WORK. Promises to rectify billing issues and complaints were made, but never followed
through on. Lots of excuses with no resolution. Terrible company, questionable service and and awful management! They also remove unfavorable reviews from their website. We have been trying to get a resolution since to this matter since 3/15/2023 for services performed in February.

Take your business elsewhere! The service tech assured me they fixed the problem with my air conditioner, just to leave and charge me a boatload of money. Ten minutes after he left, the problem happened again and no one could get ahold of the tech. They dispatched the owner to have to come back to address the actual issue. Original tech was in a rush to get the job done. It was an dreadful experience. It was pulling teeth to get them to come to finish the job and charged me even more money! I don’t recommend this company. I should have listened to myself about using someone else.
The owner had to come to actually fix the problem that clearly wasn’t fixed the first time. How embarrassing. Overcharged me as well. Awful experience
