Best Drywall Repair in Cleveland OH

Tenant called. No heat. They have to restart the furnace every few hours. They come out, can't really find the problem. Asked them to clean the furnace; they did. They quoted me $4600 for a new Bryant (not very high in the Consumer Reports reliability list). The final insult? Had to pay them $340(including the $55 after hours charge)! They lost our business: two rentals and our home.
Herczog hvac came and after 1/2 hour diagnosed and fixed the problem...for $156!!!

Fast and prompt service, but very pricey. The tech came up with a price that was 3 times the original, only for removing five screws from the sump pump....
