I hired Neptune in 2020 to install new furnace, hot water tank and A/C. Ben Newman did all the installations and continues to visit periodically for maintenance. He is very professional and explains everything so I can understand. Always on time for appointments and never tries to sell me anything I do not need. I do not hesitate to recommend Neptune to anyone.

Trenches sewer was great to work with. They were completely transparent eith the scope of work and billing. They were self contained with the accepting of needing space to mix, which I was informed about before they showed up but they did a great job cleaning up after they were totally finished. The guys who were here worked through some extreme challenges to make sure we got really good repairs on our sewer lines.
They went above and beyond helping make sure their areas were cleaned up so my mother could come and go as she had broken her foot. I cannot recommend them enough! The entire process was clear and transparent. Everyone was professional and courteous.
