We are still amazed with all that you accomplished in 3 days! Thank-you for not being hesitant about tackling the 100+ year old failing plumbing systems in our 135 year old Folk Victorian!
Stack pipe replaced from floor of 2nd story down; this main pipe now goes down through the basement floor and out through the foundation wall (instead of through our basement steps!); all the old tile piping the length of our backyard either dug up and replaced, or lined (lined section to limit disturbance for our 100+ year old Black Walnut tree!); interior work also included rerouting our sump pump, moving the washing machine & sloppy sink, new water line to 1st story toilet, and streamlining all 1st story & basement plumbing lines!!!
They made sure we had access to basic water and plumbing necessities each evening/morning in the midst of the job - and did a great job cleaning up inside and outside in-spite of all the rain & mud!!

We have used the the Alert pioneer plumbing company for ourselves and friend and Fred has done excellent work in adding a new bath to a 1st floor area . And then coming to our aid with toilet repair and new sink faucet that was leaking heavily. He even came back late one nite to fix a manufacturer flaw needing a replacement. We highly recommend Fred and Joe for your plumbing needs.

We are in W est Salem area. The job we asked for was very large . The gentlemen were very professional, and cleaned up everything. We are so pleased with their company.
