It was Friday before Labor Day and suddenly my sewer backed up and the toilets wouldn’t flush. My normal plumber was “booked Friday and Saturday”. That would have left me stuck until Tuesday.

My son had used HJack’s last month and they had came out right away and fixed their leak. He gave me their number and I called. They had never worked with me but they were out there that afternoon and fixed my problem. They were also the first that gave me a complete explanation of why this was happening. The technician got his ladder, climbed up in the attic, and researched the best option for us. He gave us an exact estimate. He Went and got the parts and re-routed the line to best suit our needs. He did a wonderful job and in record time. My husband and I are very pleased with the results. The bill was exactly what he quoted with no surprises. He showed us his work and made sure that he tested it several times before he left. Again, we were very pleased with the service and repair work that he did. Very professional.
