As always, we got superlative service from the folks at Nieman. I’m not a shil. I’ve just had to deal with so many poor contractors over the years. It’s refreshing when someone shows up who’s polite and does the job right the first time. I could get used to this.

I've had a total of 3 service calls with HELP1. for AC in mid july on a saturday.. i called places and HELP was the first to call me back and had a technician to my house in an hour..2. was a furnace tuneup, Chris was great, he's polite has great customer service and clearly explained all the work and all the problems he found with my furnace3. i had Chris return to replace components that he had found as faulty.In all my experiences with HELP no matter who they have been polite, had great customer service and have been very helpful and timely.. they have always shown up within the first 30 minutes of the set window of time..Really satisfied with HELP and will continue to use them as needed***update***I’ve continued as a help customer for several years now and had Steffen tuneup my system today, he arrived when they said he would he was polite and personable.. worked quickly and thoroughly and in the end was funny and we got a good laugh about it.. great experience yet again !

We had a major pipe burst in our bathroom which flooded our bathroom. G&R Plumbing came out at the time they said, and fixed it in 30 mins. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
