I was kept informed of the service Ryan was performing, did the service in a timely manner, he was polite and the explanation of what he was doing was very easy to understand.

I've had a total of 3 service calls with HELP1. for AC in mid july on a saturday.. i called places and HELP was the first to call me back and had a technician to my house in an hour..2. was a furnace tuneup, Chris was great, he's polite has great customer service and clearly explained all the work and all the problems he found with my furnace3. i had Chris return to replace components that he had found as faulty.In all my experiences with HELP no matter who they have been polite, had great customer service and have been very helpful and timely.. they have always shown up within the first 30 minutes of the set window of time..Really satisfied with HELP and will continue to use them as needed***update***I’ve continued as a help customer for several years now and had Steffen tuneup my system today, he arrived when they said he would he was polite and personable.. worked quickly and thoroughly and in the end was funny and we got a good laugh about it.. great experience yet again !

Wingate Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Roofing were awesome! They were respectful and professional in replacing my furnace's heat exchanger. Not only did they replace it, they made sure my gas furnace is running more efficiently by adding air duct work as performed by Ty, Robby and Johnny. They did a fantastic job! Most of all, they cleaned up after themselves and kindly answered all my questions. Ty was awesome with explaining to me as a new home buyer how to operate the furnace, water heater, and AC along with giving me tips to make sure they are running efficiently. I was very impressed with this service especially since I'm Deaf, they made sure I understood everything they were saying with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend this company!!

I recieved 4 estimates for my hot water replacement and the professionalism of Five Star Home Services was by far the best of all the companies. The installation crew were very courteous, neat and knowledgeable. The recommendations that were made fit perfectly with my plumbing needs. Great job by plumbers who will gladly answer your questions. And, stand behind their work. Pricing is very reasonable for licensed, bonded plumbers. I'm hiring them to do more work in my home.
