customer service was terrible. when I called the person that answered the phone did not state the companies name I was a little thrown off so I ask is this Frank Niesen. This person replied he isnt in Im like is this the company he was like you didn't say the company Frank Niesen is a person and hung up on me. I will take my money to a company that's wants it.

Joe was courteous and polite. Very conscientious about making a mess, and he cleaned up thoroughly. He told me what he thought the cause of the problem was and his plan to repair my issues. He also kept me informed of each step he was taking and why throughout the process. My problem is solved and I am thrilled.
