Ryan was SO SO great! My mom needed a last minute plumber to install new faucet handles before company came this weekend. She called him less than 24 hours before he came out - on a holiday weekend no less- to change her faucets and fixed the water pressure. He was responsive, polite, efficient, very tidy and took all trash and parts with him. Also a huge plus for my mom - his hand writing and billing is legible, clear, and detailed! He could not have been a bigger help, we got 3 cards of his to share with friends and he’ll be my moms first call for anything now. Very trusty and such good quality of work/cost of service. We had been experiencing a loss of water pressure if we ever tried to do two things at once (such as flush a toilet and turn on a faucet). When we tested our pressure everything seemed normal. Other plumbing companies said that this was normal. Ken Neyer Plumbing was able to fit us in within 48 hours of me calling them. The plumber sent out was very well educated, pinpointed the problem quickly, and was able to fix it by putting on a new regulator. Very courteous, professional staff. I would highly recommend for any plumbing services!

Within 2 hours of my call, He came with full load of equipment. He did an excellent job and clean the whole sewer pipe without additional charge. The faucet change was done flawlessly as well. I am very satisfied with the service and highly recommend them!

Called several companies to compare prices for my issue and Billy was fair. He not only told me the problem he had it fixed quicker than I expected. So I'm happy, wife's, and my son no longer has bathtub toy. 🤔😄

They are very willing to work with guys who are just trying to become skilled tradesmen. Other places are much more expensive and require 2 nights a week. PACON is one night a week and very reasonable rates.

They fixed what nobody else could. I had standing sewage in my showers due to back up in toilets. Apollo and RotoRooter flat out refused to repair my issue. This company isn't very up front or professional. Lady told me they had a 10am opening, I booked it. Not 10am-12pm, not 10am-2pm. After almost 30min I called to ask why I don't see a truck or get a call, she told me that the guy was probably busy on his first job. I won't tolerate unprofessionalism. Be up front and precise with your customers as if their time matters just as much, and give them a heads up. I told her to keep her guy at home and I moved on. Which is what I recommend, move on.
