Best Plumbing Bathroom Remodeling in Cincinnati OH

Our water heater started leaking on a Saturday. Went to Lowes on Sunday to look at new ones and they connected us with Five Star Home Services. Sean came out on Sunday for a free estimate (other companies wanted to charge us for that). After several estimates, Five Star was the most reasonable, but provided 10-year warranty on new water heater, parts, and labor (no one else came close to that). Once we agreed, they had a team out first thing the following morning. We were told that 2 workers could take 3 hours of labor. They removed the old, updated connections, installed the new and were in and out in less than an hour. Professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with all through the process.

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

Ryan was SO SO great! My mom needed a last minute plumber to install new faucet handles before company came this weekend. She called him less than 24 hours before he came out - on a holiday weekend no less- to change her faucets and fixed the water pressure. He was responsive, polite, efficient, very tidy and took all trash and parts with him. Also a huge plus for my mom - his hand writing and billing is legible, clear, and detailed! He could not have been a bigger help, we got 3 cards of his to share with friends and he’ll be my moms first call for anything now. Very trusty and such good quality of work/cost of service. Nixco did an amazing job with our requests - including installing all new toilets and running a gas line for a new stove. Nathan was amazing ! He came out same day , gave us a quote , helped us break down pricing and financing and got to work the next day ! We appreciated how detail oriented he was , on time and kind he was. He installed a kitchen sink and faucet for us , then washer and dryer hookup with brand new water lines and plumbing. He worked extremely hard and we’re thankful for him!

We needed a water line run to a new refrigerator in the employee break room. I was told this was the only option unless I wanted the line to freeze. I was extremely apprehensive at this idea and was charged $688 for a service that looks halfway finished and awful in an office. I was told to just get something from the hardware store to make it look better, but for almost $700, should I be doing this? At this point I regret using this company.

Boden was great! They changed out my hot water heating in less than an hour. I will definitely use them again.

Stay away from this guy! Called at 5:00 said he would be an hour 7:45 finally called him and didn't even care he lost the job!
