They are very willing to work with guys who are just trying to become skilled tradesmen. Other places are much more expensive and require 2 nights a week. PACON is one night a week and very reasonable rates.

I decided on Five Star Cincinnati Plumbing as my go-to plumbing company after meeting with a few plumbers and doing extensive research. They were always upfront about pricing, so I knew that they weren't trying to take advantage of me or my situation. We replaced our water softener, and now my family is much happier! Not only did we save money in the long run by switching to them, but their customer service was exemplary..

They replaced the water line from the meter to the house. There was one issue which they came out and addressed promptly. The personnel were very easy to work with. Stiĺl need to wait for the soil to settle in the 4 foot deep trench and around the meter.

I recieved 4 estimates for my hot water replacement and the professionalism of Five Star Home Services was by far the best of all the companies. The installation crew were very courteous, neat and knowledgeable. The recommendations that were made fit perfectly with my plumbing needs. I have already recommended this company to friends and family. I will only use them for all of my future plumbing needs!! 5 star company!!

Kaleco completed a complete overhaul of our plumbing on our Norwood home. In fact, their business is approx. 400 ft from our home. We have had several problems with our 'new' plumbing, which by the way was nearly $10,000 in work. A fitting was not properly tightened on our sink so we unknowingly used it and let water sit on the bottom of our brand new cabinets, ruining the bottom. Also, a shower drain was not properly installed on our 3rd floor causing damage to our wall on the 2nd floor. I have contacted Kaleco and they initially sent someone out to look at the problem. The associate told me to just put a small bead of caulk around the drain that he said was not tightened down properly himself. I went ahead and tried that. 2 weeks later the leak still persisted, but they have completely ghosted us. No response or concern for our home that shares the same neighborhood as their business. I am very disappointed and now left with a very expensive repair for something that should have been fixed correctly the first time! Please consider another plumber before calling Kaleco for your next project.
EDIT: In Response to the owner I would like to state the following:
Yes he completed the rehab work on our home before we purchased it in 2018. It was a selling feature to us that the home had all new plumbing. We moved in and never used the 3rd floor shower because we always used the shower in the master bathroom (only 2 people living at the home). Lucky us the shower on the 2nd floor doesn't leak!! The quarantine hit and we began using the shower on the 3rd floor of our home as we were home more often. Shortly after the inaugural use of the shower (March 2020) water spots developed and we realized it was due to usage of the shower. I want to reiterate that the leaking was not due to lack of maintenance to our plumbing. The work was NEVER completed correctly in the first place. I thought plumbers were supposed to fix leaks, not start them in your house?? I'm sure that the rehab company (original purchaser of services) did not contact with you any issues because no one lived here to test out the plumbing while things were being fixed up. My old school mentality figured John may be like myself and take pride in his work. I was wrong. He is currently too busy to deal with us. He clearly didn't listen to us as well, because we never stated that this was an emergency. We simply would like the new plumbing in our house to be installed correctly and not damage other areas of our home.
In addition he ignored 3 emails from me, but posted a response to this google review within a couple hours of posting. If you were not interested in helping, just take the time to respond to my initial communications and let me know the situation.
