Only doing 3 since I was just looking for a plumber and looking for information.

The customer service team and Daryl was excellent! They did an amazing job repairing my utility sink. He was knowledgeable and even took the time to address my concerns outside of the scope of my requested service. I now know who to call when I need any plumbing services in Cincinnati, OHIO. I’ve been very pleased with Halpin Plumbing over the past 3+ years. They are always prompt, courteous and very clearly explain the issues with solution options. I have also found their charges to be very fair when compared with others.

Worked with this company (Kyle) to connect gas equipment and install a new hand sink in a commercial space, they quoted cheaper than large plumbing competitors like roto, pulling the same permit and performing the work. Once the actual work was done it was even less than original quote.

Will contract all of our future plumbing work to Hensley’s

Called Herrmann Services ( no hot water). Scott arrived 1.5 hours after calling. He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable-even with the bad news ( new tank), he was very comforting. Installed, hot water again, and he cleaned up his mess. Sad/ happy. Highly recommend. Melanie and Patty are great, as well. They keep it going. Thank you.

My water heater finally went out the next day Austin and Travor came over and gave me some options on the best one to get for my family.
