Hi! I’m 18 and I was driving through Eastgate around 2:30pm on August 2nd and ended up behind one of these company trucks. The man driving was infront of me going 60 in a 65. Not only 5 under, but we were in the fast lane as well. I shook my head, which I do at most people who go slow, and he excessively mocked me by thrashing his head back and forth. I was in my Jeep Wrangler with the doors and top off so he thought it would be okay to roll his window down and try to spit to get it on me. He eventually got over and continued to flip me off through the window when I drove by. He had a hat on and glasses as well I believe.

They replaced all of our plumbing after a 12 year plastic pipe burst in our basement. It was a significant job that included extensive dry wall work that took several weeks. They were professional and courteous. We have used them twice since then, one was an urgent call that they responded within a few hours. Again professional and courteous.

Today, Apollo’s service tech, Dakota, came to our home for a walkthrough and estimate for duct cleaning. Upon arrival, I had a request, and Dakota was very accommodating and without pause. Throughout the inspection, he provided valuable information about the service needed and why. He also noticed something that we were doing wrong (innocently) and kindly provided directions on what should be done. He was considerate of the others at home, by being as quiet as possible (that meant a lot). I am very happy that I opted to contact Apollo, and look forward to a lasting business relationship.

I had the pleasure to meet Caleb. He was awesome and very professional.

Called Herrmann Services ( no hot water). Scott arrived 1.5 hours after calling. He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable-even with the bad news ( new tank), he was very comforting. Installed, hot water again, and he cleaned up his mess. Sad/ happy. Highly recommend. Melanie and Patty are great, as well. They keep it going. Thank you.
