Our AC went out on Thursday night. I attempted to schedule an appointment with our home warranty service but would be waiting until next Wednesday with a window of 8 to 5.Looking at the sticker on the duct work from previous work done I saw the Galbraith number and I am glad I did. I called and the person I spoke with was super polite and helpful. They were able to get me scheduled right then and we had a tech at the house within 2 hours. Tech Chris expertly diagnosed the capacitor as the problem and thoroughly checked and cleaned the outdoor system. We even scheduled some future inspections for preventative maintenence.While we might have payed a bit more in not using the home warranty, a quick repair was way more beneficial to us. I will be calling Galbraith directly for any repairs like this in the future.
